Free Shipping

Our free shipping policy is applicable only when specifically mentioned as part of promotional offers or limited-time campaigns. Please check the offer terms at the time of placing your order.

Shipping Details & Address Accuracy

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Please provide a complete and accurate postal address, including pin code, email ID, and contact number.

  • Kindly verify your pin code and contact number before confirming your order to avoid delays or delivery issues.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • If your ordered items are in stock, we will pack and dispatch them within 3 working days from our warehouse.

  • If any items are temporarily out of stock, we will arrange production and dispatch within 10 working days of the order date.

  • You will be notified promptly in such cases.

Delivery Schedule

Our courier partners deliver orders from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

  • Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or unforeseen events.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your order tracking details.
