  • No additional charges or refunds will be applied after delivery—even if prices have changed.

2. Order Cancellation

  • By Customer:
    Orders can be cancelled on the same day by contacting our customer service at support@pawaragro.in or by speaking directly with our support team. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be initiated.

  • By Pawar Agro:
    If the delivery cannot be completed (e.g., customer unavailable at the delivery address), the order may be delivered to a nominated person (neighbor/security guard) if prior instructions are provided. Otherwise, we may cancel the order and notify you accordingly.

3. General Policy for Customers and Members

  1. Pawar Agro is an integrated provider of organic agricultural products and services. Customers agree to purchase products grown or supplied by our network of registered farmers, suppliers, franchises, or agents.

  2. Customers understand that agriculture is subject to natural risks such as climate changes, water scarcity, labor availability, pests, and diseases, which may impact product availability, quality, or consistency.

  3. Pawar Agro ensures the authenticity and traceability of products provided through verified partners.

  4. Routine quality control checks are conducted to ensure that organic farming practices are followed by our suppliers.

  5. Interested customers can register on www.pawaragro.in or through our store to access a wide range of organic products including:

    • Grocery & pantry items

    • Home care products

    • Snacks, instant food, bakery, and cookies

4. Products & Services

  • Some items listed on our website may only be available for purchase online and could be in limited supply.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only as per our official Return & Refund Policy.

  • We strive to represent product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, the actual appearance may vary depending on your device display.

5. Payment Facility
